Welcome to Key Elements Consulting!  We are excited to launch our new business endeavor in the organizational development consulting space.  We bring over 30 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, executive/senior leadership development and human resources fields.  We’ve worked on all sides of the proverbial table from being part of the executive leadership team in developing and carrying out strategic plans, to rolling up our sleeves and implementing large-scale change initiatives to improve organizational efficiencies and culture.

We’ve had the opportunity to work in many different types of industries in the for profit and non-profit sectors. Regardless of the sector or industry, the needs are always the same – how can we achieve our organizational goals, develop our leaders and grow/retain our team members.   • Assessments: We offer attitudinal and behavioral assessments and debrief sessions on an individual or group basis. Assessments we currently offer: Energy Leadership Index, Energy Leadership Index 360 and DiSC.

  • Executive/Sr. Leadership Coaching: Coaching packages can be delivered on an individual basis or in a group setting by an iPEC Certified Executive/Corporate coach (www.ipeccoaching.com) to help build strong, cohesive leadership teams.  

  • People Strategies: Including leadership development, succession plans, workforce planning, performance management, key talent retention strategies and training programs.

  • Organizational Structure Development: Building solid foundations such as policies, procedures, systems (e.g. HRIS, LMS, Payroll, etc.) and process improvement strategies.

  • Preferred Vendor Partnerships: We have preferred vendor partnerships with organizations that offer employee benefits (health, dental, voluntary and retirement) payroll services and human resource information systems (HRIS).

Growth and the associated growing pains can be challenging for leaders of an organization especially while they are trying to also do their full-time job. We make navigating change initiatives easier by utilizing a unique combination of organizational development, certified coaching, human capital, and project management methodologies (both Waterfall and Agile) to provide a planned and systematic approach to ensure success along with key stakeholder buy-in and participation at all levels in the organization. Once the initiative is completed, our goal is to leave the organization with a long-term Change Sustainability Plan in place to ensure the change is lasting and our client’s investment in the change initiative meets their expectations.
